ARCHIVING A PREPARATION SESSION: ERROR 400 BAD REQUEST

You are trying to archive a preparation session, but the error message below is displayed:

"Error 400 Bad request"

It is not possible to archive a preparation session if it is not finished.

✅Solution:

Depending on what causes this error message, there are several solutions:

1. Some orders are still "preparing": you need to ship these orders to finish the session.

2. The picking is not finished: try to resume and finish the picking.

3. The sorting is not finished: try to finish the sorting and/or the printing session.

4/ It is not possible to finish the sorting: in this case, check that the apiary is not blocked.
