# CHRONO RELAIS: ERROR GENERATING A LABEL

You are trying to generate a label for a Chrono Relais order, but you receive the following error message:

*Error generating the label. Please check the address, then the label configuration.*

*⚠️*

*33-Validation error - The pick-up point identifier is invalid-Invalid data error. At least one field is not formatted correctly. Perhaps a date field?*

  

  

This error usually means that the pick-up point number entered in the order is not valid, or at least does not match a Chrono Relais pick-up point number. 

 

✅**Solution:** you need to contact the carrier here, providing them with the delivery address of the order as well as the associated pick-up point number. The carrier will then be able to tell you whether the number is valid or not, and can provide you with the correct number if necessary.
