# CLICK & COLLECT: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL

You are trying to generate a label in Click & Collect, but you receive the following error:

*"Unable to retrieve the custom label logo".*

**This error message indicates that the URL entered is no longer correct.**

✅**Solution:**

We invite you to check in your label account configuration that the URL entered does redirect to your logo.

To do this, go to the menu Connectors -\> Transport contracts -\> Click & Collect -\> Select the service -\> Labels and slips -\> field "*custom\_label\_logo\_url*".

If it does not, we invite you to enter a working URL in this same "*custom\_label\_logo\_url*" field.
