# CN23: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: THE PARCEL CONTENT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSMITTED / THE TARIFF NUMBER IS INCORRECT

You are trying to generate a label for an order shipped abroad, but you receive an error message such as the examples below: 

 

Example 1: 

*"The parcel content has not been transmitted"*

This message is displayed when no HS Code (customs code) has been transmitted. 

✅**Solution:** go to the product sheet of the product(s) in the order and fill in the corresponding HS Code.

Example 2: 

*"The tariff number of an item is incorrect".*

This means that the HS Code entered in the product sheet does not match the product category. 

**✅Solution:** search the internet for the HS Code matching the product category (jewelry, household appliances...) and enter the correct code in the product sheet.
