# COLIS PRIVÉ: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL (ZONES OFFER)

You are trying to generate a Colis Privé label with the Colis Privé by Zones offer, but you receive the following error message: 

*"Error generating the label. Please check the address, then the label configuration.* 

*No shipping method! (code-26)"*

 

This error message indicates that the postal code of the order is not supported by the Colis Privé Zones offer. 

In the Zones offer, Colis Privé sends us every day a changing list of postal codes supported by the Zones offer. If you receive this error message, then the postal code of the order is not included in that day's file. 

 

✅**Solution:**

You need to ship the order with another carrier, or with another Colis Privé offer.
