COLIS PRIVE ERROR: ⚠️ Mismatch between AccountID and CodeClientCP (code -4)

When generating the label for an order to be shipped with Colis Privé, the following error message is displayed:

⚠️ Mismatch between AccountID and CodeClientCP (code -4).

This is because you are trying to ship the order with a pick-up point number, while your Colis Privé contract does not allow it.

✅Solution: on the order's shipment page, go to the "Check the pick-up point number" section -> "Pick-up point reference" and empty the field to remove the pick-up point.
