# DEACTIVATE AN EXTERNAL SERVICE

You want to cut the connection between Shippingbo and one of your sales sources. It is not possible to completely delete an external service, but you can deactivate it, which amounts to the same thing.

✅**Solution:**

In your Shippingbo account, go to **Connectors** -\> **Sales channels** and select the relevant service.

Deactivate stock updates and order retrieval:

Make sure to save the changes.
