DELIVENGO: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL: MEDIUM 33 IS NOT AVAILABLE

You are trying to generate a label with Delivengo but you receive the error message below:

"Delivengo: Medium 33 is not available"

Here, medium 33 corresponds to the Delivengo Easy contract, which is not currently supported in Shippingbo.

✅Solution:

You can select a standard Delivengo contract (or "Profil" contract) for your shipments via Shippingbo.
