When you request a pickup, the error message below is displayed:

"Error PU012d: Client Ready By Time should not be later than latest pickup time - lead time."

This is an error message returned by DHL, which means that they do not accept this time slot.

✅Solution: you can try entering other times, for example 14:00 - 16:00.
