# DPD CLASSIC: ERROR: REVERSE SHOP AND AUTOMATIC CONSOLIDATION ARE NOT COMPATIBLE

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier DPD Classic but you receive the following error: 

"*500 Internal Server Error: 'Reverse Shop' and 'Automatic Consolidation' are not compatible!"*

 

This error is due to the fact that, in the configuration of the DPD Classic label account in your Shippingbo account, the "on demand return" option (allow returns) is enabled, and this option is not compatible with the Classic service.

 

**✅Solution** **:**

By going, in your Shippingbo account, to the "CONNECTORS" tab =\> "TRANSPORT CONTRACTS" =\> DPD, DPD CLASSIC service, you can disable this option in the "labels and slips" section.
