# DPD CLASSIC: PARCEL SHOP DELIVERY SERVICE IS DENIED ERROR

You are trying to ship an order with the DPD CLASSIC service, but you receive the following error: 

*500 Internal Server Error: Parcel Shop delivery service is denied.*

 

This error occurs because the order's delivery address contains a pick-up point number, whereas the DPD CLASSIC service does not allow shipments to pick-up points. The dedicated DPD RELAIS service must be used for this. 

 

✅**Solution:**

You can either ship the order with the DPD RELAIS service, for a shipment to a pick-up point. You can also correct the delivery address by removing the pick-up point number if it is a mistake, and entering the correct destination address
