# DPD: ERROR MESSAGE WHEN GENERATING A RETURN LABEL

You are trying to generate a return label with the carrier DPD, but you encounter the following error message: 

"*The return label generation failed:*

*ReturnLabelGenerator::Dpd::DpdClientError: 500 DpdApi says: Service is denied - eServiceTypReverseShop"*

 

This error message is sent by DPD and indicates that the return service is not available for the DPD account with which you are trying to generate the return. 

 

✅: **Solution:** first, check with your DPD account manager that the return service is enabled for your account. 

Then, contact Shippingbo support, via the "Help" button[,](mailto:support@shippingbo.com,) to check that the DPD return is also enabled for your Shippingbo account.
