# DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL FOR A MULTI-PARCEL SHIPMENT

You want to ship an order as a multi-parcel shipment, meaning several parcels for a single shipment, but you receive an error message such as the one below: 

*"500 InternalServerError: Service is denied - eServiceTypAutomatischeKonsolidierung"*

 

 

 💠 **Note**: the example error message is an error message sent by DPD. Depending on the carrier you want to use, you may receive a different error message. 

This message means that the multi-parcel option is not enabled for the label account you want to use for the shipment. 

 

**✅Solution:** please contact Shippingbo support to have the option enabled.
