DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL: ZIPCODE IS NOT VALID

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier DPD but you receive the following error message:

"500 Internal Server Error: ZipCode 1203 GENEVE is not valid"

This error indicates that the postal code entered in the delivery address is not correct.

It is possible that a field has been filled in twice, for example the "Region" field.

In addition, you must leave no space between the digits of the postal code.
