# ERROR MESSAGE WHEN ADDING AN ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT TO AN ORDER

You are trying to add an additional document to an order, but the import does not work and you receive an error message such as the example below:

*"Uploaded file must be filled in"*

*"Document type must be filled in"*

In the example above, the file is not in PDF format but in Excel format. In addition, the values entered in the "Type" and "Language" fields were not validated, so the fields are considered empty.

✅**Solution:**

Additional documents must be in PDF format.

When you fill in fields, make sure to click the validate button circled in red in the example.
