# ERROR MESSAGE WHEN CLOSING A MULTI-PARCEL ORDER

After closing an order containing several parcels, the error message below appears in the "Messages" tab of the order:

This error message appears because two labels were generated, with two different tracking numbers. The second tracking number was not passed on because the marketplace the order comes from does not accept multi-parcel shipments. 

 

This error message is purely **informative** and has no impact on the order status.
