ERROR WHEN ADDING A PRODUCT TO A PACK

You created a pack and are trying to add a product to it, but you receive the following error message:

"Error while saving the information; Component product must be filled in; Component product must belong to the same API client"

This error means that the wrong information has been entered in the "Product ID" field.

✅Solution: make sure you enter the product ID, and not its SKU for example.

If needed, you can check on the product sheet that you copied the right reference.
