ERROR WHEN CLOSING PRESTASHOP ORDERS: INVALID XML

When orders are closed (shipped), your Prestashop returns the following error to us:

"Order [order number] could not be updated because your Prestashop returned an invalid xml"

This error occurs because in the Prestashop connector (Connectors -> Sales channels -> Prestashop -> Advanced settings), the Send the order tracking link to the customer option is enabled.

The problem is that this option makes us try to fill in the "tracking_link" field, but this field does not exist natively in Prestashop. It is a field that you must add yourself.

If this field does not exist in your Prestashop, you will therefore receive an error because the update will not be possible.
