# ERROR WHEN GENERATING A GEODIS LABEL: PRODUCT CODE NOT AUTHORIZED

You are trying to ship an order with the carrier Geodis but you encounter the following error:  

*"Product code AFF not authorized for country CH(C0085)"*

 

**This error is most likely an internal error of the receiving interface.**  

 

✅**Solution:**

To resolve it, you need to: 

1\) Retrieve the calls made to Geodis to access the request that was sent. To do this, you can use our following tutorial: [Logs management / DFM](https://support-shippingbo.freshdesk.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/80001068471-gestion-des-logs-dfm).

2\) Send the request to your webmaster or web agency so that they can resolve it internally.
