ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL: THE CARRIER OFFER DOES NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE

When generating the label (outbound or return) for an order, you receive an error message like this:

"The label offer 511 does not provide the service: 24R for FRANCE-77100."

 

This is because the offer you are trying to generate the label with does not cover the desired destination.

 

✅Solution: you can contact your freight forwarder to get more information about the destinations supported by the offer in question, or choose another carrier for the order concerned.
