ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL: VALUE IS SHORTER THAN MINIMUM LENGTH

When shipping the order, it is not possible to generate the label and the following error message is displayed:

"Process failure occurred. Process ID associated for that transaction [...] Value is shorter that minimum length"

Here, two errors are possible:

either the name field in the delivery address is empty or the value entered is too short
or the name entered in the sender's address is too short or missing.

✅Solution:

First, check the name entered for the recipient in the delivery address, and check with your customer what the correct value is if the error comes from there.

Otherwise, you can contact support to check the shipping addresses entered for the carrier concerned by this error message.
