# ERROR WHEN PRINTING A LABEL WITH MAC

If you try to print labels via the Shippingbo print server on a MAC computer (iOS), you may encounter errors. 

Indeed, the Shippingbo print server **is not 100% compatible with the features** of MAC.

You can therefore use a PC running the Windows OS for your Shippingbo shipping workstation.
