# FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

 

 **📢 Warning:** This only applies if you already have an active user access on your Shippingbo account.

If you do not yet have active access to Shippingbo, click [here](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/premi%C3%A8re-connexion-%C3%A0-shippingbo?hsLang=en).

 

If you have lost your password or if you want to reset it, click on **Forgot password?** on the login page:

Fill in your email, then click on **Send instructions**:

You will receive a first email in your inbox:

Click on the link in the email:

Then click on "Generate a new password":

After clicking on "Generate a new password", you will receive a second email in your inbox, allowing you to retrieve your new password:

Click on the "Click here" link to get your new password:

Copy the password and log in to your account with it.

**📢 Warning:**

 The password  **cannot be customized**; it is automatically generated by the software and consists of a sequence of numbers and letters.
