# GET A STOCK MOVEMENT HISTORY

You want to get a history of stock movements for one or more products, over a longer period than the 30 days available in the "History" tab of the product sheet. 

 

✅**Solution:** 

**1. Directly from the product sheet (Expert+ Pack only)**

If you have the Expert+ Pack, you can directly filter the stock variations of a product over a specific period.

The table displays in real time the movements over the chosen period with the **Date**, the **Quantity moved** (+/-), the **Lot number / Serial number**, the **Reason** and the **author of the action**:

- Go to the **Products** menu, then click on the sheet of the desired product.
- Go to the **History** tab.
- In the **Stock variations** section, use the date filter located above the table.
  
  ➡️ You can **either use a predefined quick filter** (*Today*, *Last 7 days*, *Last 30 days*, *Current month*, etc.) **or select a Custom date range**.

**2. Via a file export (all packs managing stock)**

If you manage your own stock in Shippingbo and want to extract the history for several products or over an extended period:

Go to **Configuration** \> **File management** \> **Export** \> **Stock variation**. You will then be able to generate and download a file summarizing all stock movements over the selected period.

**3. If you are on Multi-Shippingbo (OMS Pack only)**

Contact your logistics provider so that they can generate this export and send you the data corresponding to your products.
