# DHL: ERROR "ADDRESS STREET LINE 3"

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier DHL, but you receive the following error: 

*"998: \[ISC.0082.9465\] Value is longer than maximum length ----------/shipreq:ShipmentRequest/RequestedShipment/Ship/Recipient/Address/StreetLines3, 999: Process failure occurred. Process ID associated for that transaction (1713215636),"*

 

**This error message indicates that the “*Address street line*" field is too long: it exceeds the number of characters allowed. This field corresponds to the "Instructions" field of the shipping address.**

 

✅**Solution:**

You need to shorten the number of characters contained in the **Instructions field.**
