# DPD: ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE RETURN LABEL: "THIS CARRIER HAS NOT BEEN FULLY CONFIGURED"

You are trying to generate a return label with the DPD carrier and get the following error message: 

*"This carrier has not been fully configured, please contact customer support to have it done".*

 

This message indicates that the label account configuration is incomplete.
