# SELF-SERVICE - ERROR WHEN CONNECTING A SHOPIFY: "SORRY, THIS SHOP IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE"

You connected Shopify via the interface by following the [corresponding tutorial](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/connecteurs-connecter-shopify?hsLang=en). 

 

When linking/relinking your account, the following page opens with the error:

*"Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable".* 

 

Go to your [Shopify Partners](https://www.shopify.com/fr/partenaires) interface =\> **STORE** tab and click on the store you are trying to connect. There you will find the URL to enter in the **Connection** box in Shippingbo.

 

#### **If you still receive the error:**

Go to your Shopify store admin and retrieve the store name, which will be entered after the URL [https://adminshopifycom/store/](https://adminshopifycom/store/)
