# WOOCOMMERCE ORDERS: THE SUM OF TOTAL TAXES + SHIPPING COSTS APPEARS IN THE "SHIPPING COSTS" FIELD

For your Woocommerce orders, the shipping costs shown in Shippingbo do not match those in Woocommerce, but rather the sum of the taxes and the shipping costs. 

This is because the option **Woocommerce order line prices are prices excl. VAT** is not checked in your Woocommerce external service.

**✅Solution:** on your Shippingbo account, go to the menu **Connectors** -\> **Sales channels** -\> Details of your Woocommerce store, and check the option **Woocommerce order line prices are prices excl. VAT**, as above.
