1. Recommendations
This preparation mode is particularly suitable for preparing orders with oversized products (heavy, bulky, etc.), which are difficult to handle and do not require overpacking.
The integrated label slip format makes it possible to print the preparation slip and the shipping label on the same A4 sheet.
In this tutorial, we will show you how the preparation process works for a session using the integrated label slip format, from its creation to the sending of the orders.
⭐ Key point:
This preparation mode is not compatible with managing multiple parcels for one order.
2. Step by step
Here is the preparation process as recommended by Shippingbo, in a diagram:

2.1 Preparation on PC
Step 1: In Preparation, you can start a session with the slip format Integrated label:

Step 1: Once your preparation session is generated, you need to download the preparation slips:

Step 2: The preparation slips are generated, each accompanied by its shipping label:

Step 3: To ship an order, click on the truck logo of the corresponding order:

➡️ You can also set all the orders in the session to the status Shipped at the same time by clicking on the button Ship all:

2.2 Preparation via PDA
Step 1: Generate your preparation session with the saved filter having the slip format Integrated label:

Step 2: While the slips are being generated, the labels associated with the orders are generated at the same time.
⭐ Key point:
Until all the labels have been generated, the slips cannot be downloaded.
Step 3: Once the slips and labels have been generated, you can print them by clicking on PDF slip:

Step 4: You can do your picking on the PDA to prepare your orders in label and list format.
-
To do so, go to your PDA and click on the menu Order preparation:

- Then, click on the menu Picking session:

- Scan the ID of your preparation session with the PDA:

- If location validation is enabled (available starting from the Expert+ Pack), scan the location from which to take the product:

- Then, scan your product:

- Do the same for all your products / quantities to scan. Once the picking shows Complete, you can click on Finish picking at the bottom of the interface:

- By clicking on Finish picking, the session status changes to Finished on the PDA:

Step 5: Once your parcels are ready to be shipped, you can set your orders to the status Shipped. This operation is irreversible and will change the status of all the orders in the session.
Several methods to perform this action:
- Method 1: you can click on the truck icon on your session to mark it as Shipped

- Method 2: you can also set all the orders to the status Shipped in one go by using the red button Ship all

- Method 3: you can also mark your orders as shipped via the Shipment menu and Marked as shipped

⭐ Key point:
If you want to generate the customs documents for your order, you must use this third method.
-
- Scan your shipping label
- Attached to your parcel, using a barcode reader (barcode scanner)
- And scan each of your slips.
- Or, in the preparation session, click on the button Ship all.
- The orders will then move to the status Shipped.

- Scan your shipping label
⭐ Key point:
Depending on the carrier you use and the carrier service settings on your account, this parcel number may not appear on the label.
Step 6: Once the parcel numbers have been scanned, your session status changes to Finished and your orders appear in the session summary:
