# LABEL ERROR WHEN PRINTING THE LABEL ON THE PDA

If you print shipping labels from the PDA (B2B session or Mono picking session), a LABEL ERROR label may be printed instead of the expected shipping label, as in the example below:

💠**Note**:

The barcode on the LABEL ERROR matches the barcode of the slip (Parcel ID) of the order.

 

This means that the shipping label could not be generated for various reasons (e.g., missing weight/dimension information, information related to a CN23, etc.). 

 

✅**Solution:** 

Go to the Shippingbo interface, open the "Generate a label" side menu, and scan the barcode on the LABEL ERROR.

You will then be able to fill in, from the interface, the missing information needed to generate the label for your order.
