# LABEL GENERATION ERROR: CANNOT CONVERT SHIPPING PRICE

You try to generate a label for an order with Colissimo or Delivengo, but receive one of the following error messages:

*"ShippingPriceConverter::CannotConvertShippingPrice"*

*"PackageProductPriceConverter::CannotConvertPackageProductUnitPrice"*

 

This is because the total amount of the order is not in euros, as in this example:

✅**Solution:**

You need to go to **Configurations** -\> **Logistics** -\> and check the **Automatically convert currencies to euros (Colissimo and Delivengo)** option.
