# MAGENTO ORDERS: PICK-UP POINT NUMBERS ARE NOT RETRIEVED

You retrieve orders in Shippingbo from a Magento 2 (or a higher version), but the Colissimo and/or Mondial Relay pick-up point numbers are not retrieved. The "Pick-up point number" field remains empty in the order in Shippingbo.

 

This means that the options required to retrieve the pick-up point number are not activated in the Magento / Shippingbo connector. 

 

**✅Solution** **:**

To activate the required options, log in to your Shippingbo account and go to the **Connectors** tab, then **Sales channels**, then **Magento**:

Scroll down to the **Order retrieval** section, **Pick-up point options** tab.

To retrieve the Colissimo pick-up point numbers, activate the **Retrieve Colissimo pick-up points from the Magentix module** option. 

To retrieve the Mondial Relay pick-up point numbers from the Magentix module.
