# ORDER IMPORT ERROR: THE ADDRESS PARAMETERS ARE INCORRECT

You are trying to run an Orders import and you get the following error message in your result file:

*The address parameters are incorrect or insufficient*

This message indicates that one or more values in your imported file are not correct.

✅**Solution:** We invite you to review your CSV import file to check that the mandatory address fields are filled in correctly.

The mandatory fields are available in our tutorial: **Import orders into Shippingbo.**
