# SHOWROOMPRIVÉ: ERROR WHEN GENERATING A LABEL

You are trying to ship Showroomprivé orders but receive the error message below: 

*"ErrorCode: 222 -ErrorMessage: Print service disabled for the provided carrier service."*

 

This error is sent to us by Showroomprivé, and indicates that the label service is not enabled in your Showroom account. 

 

✅**Solution:** 

You need to contact your account manager at Showroom so that they make the necessary corrections in your account, allowing you to generate labels with this account.
