# TOOPOST ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE LABEL: INSURANCE IS NOT ALLOWED BY THIS OPTION

You are trying to generate a label with your Toopost carrier contract and you get this error message when the label is generated:

*"Error when generating the label. Please check the address, then the label configuration.* 

*Insurance is not allowed by this option. You can try without an insurance value or use another label account."* 

 

This message is sent to us by the carrier and indicates that the service used is not available on your contract.

 

✅**Solution:** 

We invite you to contact your Toopost account manager to confirm that you do have access to the service. 

If you do not have access to the service, you will need to use another label account for your shipment. 

If you do have access to the service, please contact Shippingbo support so that we can add the service for you.
