If you do not yet have active access to Shippingbo, click [here](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/premi%C3%A8re-connexion-%C3%A0-shippingbo). ### You try to log in and receive this error: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-02-2026-03-33-21-9142-PM.png?width=397&height=731&name=image-png-Mar-02-2026-03-33-21-9142-PM.png) You will receive an email from **[no-reply@shippingbo.com](mailto:no-reply@shippingbo.com,).** If you do not find this email in your mailbox, we invite you to check your **spam folder**.  This email will contain a link you will need to click: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-02-2026-03-34-30-3485-PM.png?width=670&height=276&name=image-png-Mar-02-2026-03-34-30-3485-PM.png)   **✅ Solution:** Clicking the link will **unblock your connection to Shippingbo**.
