Create a carrier service in Shippingbo **1.1**: Go to your Shippingbo interface to create your carrier connection in the menu **Connectors** -\> **Carrier** -\> Click on **Add a carrier**: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/contrattransport-png.png?width=670&height=338&name=contrattransport-png.png)   **1.2**: Search for **Heppner** in the search bar, then click on the Heppner (External API) tab that appears: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-13-2026-03-05-17-3906-PM.png?width=549&height=216&name=image-png-Mar-13-2026-03-05-17-3906-PM.png)   **1.3:** Your connector opens and a first category appears:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-13-2026-03-08-50-0463-PM.png?width=577&height=73&name=image-png-Mar-13-2026-03-08-50-0463-PM.png) 1\) The pencil to the right of the service lets you change the name of your connector. 2\) The **Logs** button takes you to the past calls made to the carrier.
