Please contact your Shippingbo sales account manager to activate this feature.   ### 3. How does the Invoice option work? Once activated, the Invoice option allows you to **automatically generate** an invoice for each order imported into Shippingbo **after the activation date**. These documents can then be used for your accounting and sent to your customers. 💡 **Tip**: Make sure to fill in your legal information and shipping address before activating the feature, so that your invoices are compliant from the very first generation.     ### 4. By activating the Invoice option in Shippingbo: - You centralize all your invoices in a single place. - Each shipped order **automatically** triggers the generation of an invoice in a compliant format. - You save several hours per week and reduce the risk of entry errors 💠 **Note**: This feature is particularly useful if you work with an external accountant, as you can send them a complete export in just a few clicks.   📢 **Warning**: If you have not correctly filled in your legal information or your shipping address, invoice generation will be blocked.   **⚒️ Recommendation:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
