Create cartons manually in Shippingbo   **Step 1**: Go to the menu Configurations -\> Logistics -\> Cartons:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/cartonsq-png.png?width=670&height=208&name=cartonsq-png.png)   **Step 2**: Click on "Add", then fill in the requested information before clicking on "Validate". Only the carton reference is mandatory: ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-16-2024-07-45-35-7431-AM.png?width=670&height=268&name=image-png-Sep-16-2024-07-45-35-7431-AM.png)  Here, for example, we created our carton under the reference "Blue carton" and entered information on its weight and volume. **💠Note:** All the information entered will be taken into account when the order is shipped. If you enter the weight and dimensions, they will be taken into account in the shipment information   ### 2.
