You may receive an error message like the one below:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-04-2025-07-53-19-8257-AM.png?width=742&height=87&name=image-png-Jul-04-2025-07-53-19-8257-AM.png) or:  ![](https://knowledge.shippingbo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-04-2025-07-54-33-0217-AM.png?width=720&height=66&name=image-png-Jul-04-2025-07-54-33-0217-AM.png) The problem is probably due to the file not being compliant.    ✅**Solution:**  **1/** First, check that the **column separator is the same** in your file as the one selected in Shippingbo.   **2/** Then, you need to check that the **column headers are compliant** with the corresponding example file provided in Shippingbo. You must not modify the headers, as this blocks the import.
