# DELIVENGO: ERROR WHEN CREATING THE SHIPMENT

You are trying to generate a label with the carrier Delivengo, but you receive the following error:

*"error":{"code":400,"message":"Bad Request","description":"Error when creating the shipment.","details":{"data":{"plis":{"1":{"expediteur\_telephone":{"isEmpty":"The value is required."\]\]\]\]\]\]\]"*

 

**This error indicates that the phone number is missing from the shipping address.**

✅**Solution:**

You need to check the shipping address and fill in the phone number. 

1\) First, in CONFIGURATIONS =\> ACCOUNTS =\> the address of your Shippingbo account must contain a phone number: if you have no specific shipping address configured, this is indeed the one that will be used. 

2\) In CONFIGURATIONS =\> NOTIFICATIONS AND LABELS =\> SHIPPING ADDRESS BY ORIGIN: if you have a shipping address configured here (or several), check that it does contain a phone number. 

3\) If neither of the two options above applies to your case, you need to contact Shippingbo Support so that we can check in the configuration of your Delivengo label account whether there is a specific shipping address, and whether it does contain a phone number.
