Prerequisites✔️ - This feature is available from the **Starter + pack**.   ### 2. How does editing order information work? How to activate order information editing? Once the order has moved to preparation, this action is locked.   ### 4. Using order information editing You are an e-merchant and you have just received a call from your customer: they want to change the delivery address of an order placed 5 minutes ago. No problem! - You open Shippingbo, go to the menu **Orders**, and search for the order in question. - In the tab **Delivery address**, replace the address with the one provided. Don't forget to confirm with **ENTER**. **The result**: Your customer receives their parcel at the right address without any order cancellation or recreation, and you have saved time by avoiding more complex handling.   **⚒️ Framework and responsibilities:**  Before fully using the feature described in this tutorial, we strongly recommend running **a test phase** with your own settings to check that the result matches your expectations.
