CARRIERS - CONNECT AN ESENDEO CONTRACT

1. Create a carrier service in Shippingbo

1.1Go to your Shippingbo interface to create your carrier connection in the menuConnectors->Carrier-> Click onAdd a carrier :

1.2:SearchEsendeo in the search bar, then click on the Esendeo tab that appears:

Your connector opens and the first category appears:

1) The stylus to the right of the service allows you to change the name of your connector.

2) The buttonLogsThis redirects you to calls made to the carrier. For more information on this, you can consult our tutorial.here.

3) The buttonConsult the help sectionThis redirects you to this tutorial.

2. Configure the carrier account

2.1Click onLink / Reconnect your account :

2.2Click onAuthorize:

Then, log in to your Esendeo account:

2.3See you inMy service configurationsTo create a new configuration:

2.4The configuration will be enabled by default:

Please provide the carrier and service name:

Next, fill in the information required for the configuration:

- the service Select the name of the service to connect to: Amazon Shipping, Chronopost, Colis Privé, Colissimo International, Colissimo National, DHL, DPD, FedEx, GLS, Mondial Relay, TNT, UPS. The list of services is subject to change.

- labels & slipsSelect here the information you want to appear on the labels

- parcel and insuranceConfigure your insurance if you have one.

2.5:You can remove this carrier by clicking onRemove the connector :
