CONFIGURE SWITCHING ERROR MAPPING
Automatically mark some of your orders as "error" if they do not meet the desired conditions to be routed to the Warehouse account.

1. Prerequisites

2. How does the switching error mapping work?
Routing error mapping allows you to flag orders as "in error" when they don't meet certain routing conditions you've previously defined. This feature allows for better control over order routing to warehouses and enables you to correct errors before attempting to route them again.
3. How do I activate the switching error mapping?
3.1 Access the menu Configurations → Orders → Switching errors :

3.2 Click on Add and fill in the required fields:

The errors created will then appear in this tab and can be modified at any time:

3.3 Once the errors have been created, go to the tab Switching error mapping via the menu Configurations → Orders → Switching error mapping:

3.4 Click on Add To select an error message from the drop-down list:

3.5 A rule is created to which you must apply the desired conditions by clicking on Add a condition :

3.6 In the window that opens, enter the conditions for the order to experience a switching error, before clicking on To validate.
For example : If you want the rule to be: "all orders with a total weight greater than 1kg must be marked as misdirected", you need to provide the information below:

3.7 When your mapping is complete, remember to activate your rules, as they are disabled by default, by checking the box. Activated for ready-to-use rules:

3.8 To test your routing error mapping, you can enter the Shippingbo order ID of your choice and identify which rule highlighted in green is activated, to verify that your mapping works as expected.

✅ LWhen your rules are activated, if a command meets the conditions of a routing error rule, the error message will appear in the tab Warehouse of this order.
Once the error is corrected, you can click on New attempt at switching routes so that the order can be redirected back to the warehouse.

4. Example of practical application
You are an e-commerce merchant in the fashion sector and you use this feature to quickly identify orders with incorrect addresses and correct them before reshipping them to the appropriate warehouse.
