CONNECTORS - CONNECT EBAY
1. Create an external service in Shippingbo and complete the requested information.

🚩 Special case:
If you switch from one pre-production account to a production account, you will need create a new eBay Connectorin Shippingbo.
Step 1:Go to your Shippingbo interface to create your external service in the menu Connectors-> Sales channels -> Click on Add a sales channel :

Step 2:Search eBay" in the search bar, then click on the eBay tab that appears:

Step 3:Your connector opens and the first category appears:

1) The stylus on the right of Ebay allows you to change the name of your connector.
2) The "View help" button redirects you to this tutorial.

3) The graphic icon allows you to verify the validity of the connection between Shippingbo and your Ebay store.
4) The blockOrdersinforms you about the features that are enabled, disabled or unavailable between your Shippingbo account and your Ebay store at the order level: order retrieval, order closing, order sending, order acceptor.
4) The blockStockinforms you about the features that are enabled, disabled or unavailable between your Shippingbo account and your Ebay store at the stock level: stock retrieval, stock sending.
💬 Good to know:
The color code for the icons is as follows:
- Active features are shown in blue
- Dark grey indicates features that are disabled but available
- Features shown in light grey are unavailable

2. Connect eBay to Shippingbo
Step 1:First, you need to authenticate your eBay account. To do this, click on "Link / Link your account":

A pop-up window will open. Log in to your eBay account to complete the authentication process:

Step 2: Enter the API IDeBay, as well as the sales site identifier in the "General Settings" block: you will find the list of sales identifiers by countryhere.

Step 3: Activate the Order retrieval (optional):
- To activate the Order retrievalClick on the arrow to the right of the corresponding category:

- By default, tax rates for orders are calculated by Shippingbo according to your billing settings. If you would prefer to use the tax rates set in your eBay back office, checkthe option Use the tax rates from eBay.
Step 4: Activate the Order lifecycle (optional):
- To activate the Order lifecycle, tick Shipped in the dedicated section :

Step 5: Configure theShipment of stocks (optional)
