CONNECTORS - CONNECT FNAC
1. Retrieve the shop_id
To connect your external service La Fnac to your Shippingbo account, you first need to retrieve your Shop ID.
➡️ To do this, you need to contact your account manager at Fnac/Darty (or their support service at vendeurpros.mp@fnac.com) and ask them to Link your store's shop ID to the Shippingbo developer. Then to send you the shop ID once the action is completed.
2. Create an external service in Shippingbo

2.1:Go to your Shippingbo interface to create your external service in the Connectors menu -> Sales Channels -> Click on "Add a sales channel":

2.2:Search for "Fnac" in the search bar, then click on the Fnac tab that appears:

2.3: Your connector opens and the first category appears:

1) The stylus to the right of the service allows you to change the name of your connector.
2) The "View help" button redirects you to this tutorial.

3) The graphic icon allows you to verify the validity of the connection between Shippingbo and your Fnac store.
4) The blockOrdersinforms you about the features that are enabled, disabled or unavailable between your Shippingbo account and your Fnac store at the order level: order retrieval, order closing, order sending, order acceptor.
5) The blockStockinforms you about the features that are enabled, disabled or unavailable between your Shippingbo account and your Fnac store at the stock level: stock retrieval, stock sending.
💬 Good to know:
The color code for the icons is as follows:
- Active features are shown in blue
- Dark grey indicates features that are disabled but available
- Features shown in light grey are unavailable

3. Connect Fnac to Shippingbo
3.1: First, enter your store ID and country code in the general settings:

3.2 Next, fill in the remaining information you need in the block. Order retrieval

Shippingbo automatically retrieves the Estimated delivery dates via the marketplace (SLA) using the Mirakl API and display them directly in the order details, in the field Requested delivery date :

3.3 Activate the Order lifecycle (optional)
In order for Shippingbo to automatically send the order status to your Mirakl store when they change to the "Shipped" status, you must enable the order lifecycle feature.
To do this, select the desired command state, then confirm :

3.4 Configure theShipment of stocks (optional)
L'Shipment of stocks It is activated by clicking on the dedicated button:

The call ofShipment of stocks The transfer is made immediately from Shippingbo to your Mirakl as soon as a stock variation is made on a product, provided that this product shares the same SKU on Shippingbo and your Mirakl.
You can adjust the stock value sent according to the specifics of your business.
If you use the Types of stockYou can configure the exclusive distribution of a single type of stock to your Mirakl in the field Stock type to publish on the service.

By default this field is empty, so all stock types are sent to your Mirakl.
3.5 Next, fill in the remaining information you need in the Advanced settingsYou will find, in particular, the button to remove the connector if needed:

This data may be modified, truncated, reformatted or duplicated before being received in Shippingbo, leading to processing errors, duplicate orders, status inconsistencies, label blocks, carrier or customs anomalies, and a degradation of the final customer experience.
In this context, Shippingbo is unable to investigate or correct anomalies issues originating from the third-party system. Any anomaly related to upstream data is outside the scope of Shippingbo's responsibility (more information on the scope of support). hereThese investigations can only be carried out as part of a specific service and will be subject to a charge.
For all these reasons, it is strongly recommended to connect your sales channels directly to Shippingbo via the official connectors.
