eDESK

eDesk is a customer service request processing software that has connected to Shippingbo via API. To connect eDesk to your Shippingbo account, you can follow these steps:

Step 1:You must have a Shippingbo API user (which will serve as your identifier in the eDesk interface). If you do not have an API user on your account, please contact our support team.

Step 2:Once the user is created, you must provide your API username and associated password to your eDesk account manager, who will then enter this information into the eDesk BackOffice to create the connection.
