EXISTING ORDER STATUS IN SHIPPINGBO

Find here the list of all existing order statuses in Shippingbo.

  • Needle (dispatched) The order has been routed to its preparation warehouse. See the tutorial here.

  • Cancelled (canceled): The order has been cancelled and will therefore neither be prepared nor shipped.

  • Cancelled after shipment : the order was cancelled after it was shipped.

  • To prepare (to_be_prepared) The order is ready to be prepared.

  • Cut out (splitted) The command has been broken down into several sub-commands. See the tutorial. here.

  • Awaiting merger (waiting_for_merge): The order is waiting to be merged with another order.

  • Payment pending (waiting_for_payment): Order pending customer payment.

  • Awaiting stock availability (waiting_for_stock): The order is awaiting restocking.

  • In error (in_trouble): The order is in error and cannot be prepared until the error is resolved.

  • In preparation (in_preparation) The order is being prepared.

  • At the collection point (at_pickup_location): The order has arrived at the collection point chosen by the customer and is awaiting collection.

  • Sent to logistics (sent_to_logistics): The command was retrieved by a third-party system, such as an external WMS.

  • Shipped (shipped) The order has been shipped.

  • Merged (merged): The command is the product of a merger between several initial commands. See the tutorial here.

  • Delivered (closed) The order has been successfully delivered to its recipient. Attention This command status is not available by default. See the tutorial. here.

  • Not delivered (rejected): The package was refused by the recipient, for example because the package was damaged.

  • Partially shipped (partially_shipped): Only part of the order has been shipped. See the tutorial here.

  • Handed over to the carrier (handed_to_carrierThe order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery. See the tutorial. here.
