GENERATE A SHIPPING ORDER FOR A P30 CARRIER

To notify a P30 carrier (such as Geodis) that a collection is to be made at your warehouse, you must first generate an end-of-day shipping order, then a transport slip from your Shippingbo interface.

2. Prerequisites✔️:

  • Works only with P30 transporters (e.g.: Geodis).

  • L'end of day time must be configured in Shippingbo (e.g., 6pm).

 

3. How do I make a P30 collection request?

3.1 Generate an end-of-day shipping order

  • Go to the menu Configurations → File management → Export → Shipping order of the desired carrier and click on the " buttonExports" :

  • Click on Addthen select a date and time :

    • Calendar for the day

    • Clock for the submission deadline

Then, confirm.

📢 Important :

Orders received after the end of the day will not be included.

💡 Advice :

Perform the export just before the deadline to include all orders for the day.

 

3.2 Generate a transport slip

  • Configurations → File management → Export → Transport slip of the desired carrier -> click on the button Exports :

  • Download and print the slip to give to the driver.

 

4. Example of practical application

You are an e-commerce merchant in furniture and work with Geodis.

Every day at 5:50 PM, you:

  • Generate theshipping order

  • Then the transport slip

📦 The shipping order provides the carrier with the information of the packages to be collected during the next collection.
Result : all your shipments of the day are transmitted on time, without omission.

Think about automate EDI exports to save time and secure exchanges with your carriers.
