HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR LOCAL IP ADDRESS IS STATIC OR DYNAMIC
In order to be able toautomate the printing of labels and other documents on the PDA, he is essential that you have a local IP address fixed.
If you have a DSL service subscription, you most likely have a dynamic local IP address. However, some internet providers may also assign a static local IP address.

The easiest and quickest way to find out your local IP address type is to contact your Internet service provider and ask them if your local IP address is static or dynamic.
Check the local IP address type on a Windows 10 PC
For PCs running Windows 10, you can use the command prompt to find out your local IP address type.
Step 1:Right-click the Start button, and then click Command Prompt (Admin) in the menu that appears:

Step 2:In the command prompt window, type "ipconfig /all" and then press Enter on your computer keyboard.
Step 3:Scroll through the command prompt window and locate "DHCP enabled", along with the corresponding word:

- If the response opposite "DHCP Enabled" is "No", This means that you have a local IP address fixed.
- If the answer opposite "DHCP Enabled" is "Yes", this means that you have a local IP addressdynamic.
